Data Deletion Request

Orbiz Autocraft respects your right to ask for deletion of personal data collected through our website, Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, advertisements or support channels.
1. What can be deleted
- Name, phone number, email address and delivery address
- Instagram or Facebook conversation details and the user ID linked to them
- Product enquiry details and support conversation records
- Other personal information you have shared with us
2. What we may need to keep
Some information must be retained for order records, tax and accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and payment or delivery verification. Where full deletion is not possible, we will restrict or anonymise the data and keep only what the law requires.
3. How to request deletion
Contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp using the details below, and include:
- your full name;
- the phone number or email used for your order or enquiry;
- your order number, if you have one;
- your Instagram or Facebook username, if the request relates to social media; and
- a short message saying: “I request deletion of my personal data”.
4. Verification
We may verify your identity before deleting data, to protect your information from unauthorised requests.
5. Processing time
We aim to complete valid requests within 30 days, subject to verification and the retention requirements above.
6. Data held by Meta
This request covers data stored by Orbiz Autocraft. For data stored directly by Facebook or Instagram, please use the privacy tools in your Meta account.
