Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Autocraft! We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we offer a replacement under the following conditions.


Eligibility for Replacement

We provide replacements only for physically damaged or defective items. To request a replacement:

✅ An unboxing video is mandatory – The video must be continuous, clearly showing the package being opened and the damage.
✅ Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
✅ The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
✅ A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
✅ Sale items are not eligible for replacement.

What qualifies as damage?

  • Visible cracks, breakage, or missing parts.

  • Manufacturing defects affecting functionality.



How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact our support team at connect@orbiz.in within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Submit proof (order details, unboxing video, and photos of the damaged product).

  3. Await approval from our team. Once approved, return the product as per the shipping instructions.


Exemptions (Non-Replaceable Items)

The following items cannot be replaced:
❌ Gift cards or complimentary products.

Cancellation & Refund Policy – The Auto Craft

Shipped items cannot be cancelled. Orders can only be returned after delivery, and a refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

Returns and refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

* The item has a manufacturing defect.
* A wrong item was delivered.
* The product was damaged during transit.
* The product is missing parts or accessories.
* The item received is different from the product description or specifications on the website.

To qualify for a refund:

* The return request must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
* An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damage, transit damage, missing parts, or wrong item.
* The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and without any damages.

Non-Eligibility

The following cases will not be eligible for return or refund:

* Items showing signs of use, installation, modification, or physical damage caused by the customer.
* Custom-made or special-order products (unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the product amount, excluding the shipping fee, will be refunded.
