Welcome to Orbiz Autocraft. By using our website, placing an order, or contacting us through Instagram, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp or our advertisements, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Cancellation, Replacement and Refund Policy.

1. About us

Orbiz Autocraft sells automotive accessories, including decorative number plate frames and related products, through https://theautocraft.in.

2. Product information

We take care to keep product details, images, prices, availability and delivery estimates accurate. Slight variations may occur because of product updates, screen settings, manufacturing changes or photography lighting. If we find an error in a price or description after you have ordered, we will contact you before proceeding.

3. Decorative products

Our number plate frames are styling accessories. Unless stated otherwise, they are not HSRP plates or government-issued registration plates. You are responsible for making sure that any accessory you fit complies with the vehicle registration and road transport rules that apply in your area.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • the information you have given us is accurate and complete;
  • you have selected the correct product, vehicle brand and design; and
  • you have read the product description before purchasing.

We may decline or cancel an order because of stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud or serviceability limits. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid.

5. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
  • Payment options are shown at checkout and may include online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • A processing charge of ₹49 applies to every COD order and is shown before you place the order.
  • COD availability may depend on the product, order value, pin code and courier serviceability.
  • Online payments are handled by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (IST) on a working day are processed the same day; later orders are processed on the next working day. In-stock items are shipped once processed. Made-to-order items take 2 working days to produce and are shipped on completion. Delivery times after dispatch are estimates. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, replacements and refunds

These are governed by our Cancellation, Replacement and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Communication

You may contact us through our website, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or Messenger. We may use automated replies for common questions. Complaints, refunds, cancellations, payment issues and delivery disputes are handled by our support team.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse our website or communication channels;
  • provide false, abusive, threatening or misleading information;
  • attempt fraud, fake orders or unauthorised transactions; or
  • interfere with our website, systems or support channels.

We may restrict access, cancel orders or report misuse where this happens.

10. Intellectual property

Our product images, designs, text, graphics and brand assets belong to Orbiz Autocraft or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Vehicle manufacturer names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to indicate product compatibility.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Orbiz Autocraft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from product misuse, incorrect installation, non-compliance with local regulations by the customer, courier delays, third-party services or events outside our control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its revision date, is always available on this page.
